LikeMind Orange

LikeMind is a free and confidential service for adults experiencing any mental health concerns, as well as their families and carers.

We work together with you to address your mental health needs and any other concerns you may have, as well as link you with other services you may need.

We offer pathways to integrated mental health care, co-located general and specialist care options and consumer driven recovery through care coordination and support.

Your journey begins with a trained healthcare professional, working with you to understand your current situation and listening to your specific needs. Together we will create a coordinated care plan based on your goals and we will then connect you with the services you need.
